PestCostData publishes national planning ranges only when the service scope, source date, unit and limitations can be reviewed together.

Price observations
Each calculator service uses dated U.S. consumer-market guides from at least two independent publishers. These observations are not government rates, local contractor bids or guaranteed prices.
Scope normalization
We do not average unlike projects. One visit, one room, whole-home treatment, active removal, exclusion, cleanup and repair remain separate when their work scope or price unit differs.
Calculator adjustments
Property-size, activity and access factors are broad planning heuristics. Materially small or complex combinations receive a lower-confidence label. The calculator does not request a ZIP code or produce a local price adjustment.
Review and updates
Each model has a version and review date. Changes to a base range, calculation rule or evidence boundary require tests, an updated source record and renewed editorial review before public indexing.
