Why does termite treatment have such a wide cost range?
Localized treatment, liquid perimeter work, bait systems and whole-home fumigation are different projects. Species, foundation type, treatment area and follow-up terms must be known before two prices can be compared.
Does termite treatment include repairing termite damage?
Usually not unless the contract specifically includes repair. Eliminating or monitoring termites is a different scope from replacing wood, drywall or other damaged building material.
Are termite monitoring and annual renewal included?
They may be separate. Ask whether the first price includes bait-station monitoring, follow-up inspections, warranty terms or an annual renewal fee, and what happens if activity is found later.
